The developer window is 09:30 to 19:30 IST and a project manager is on call 07:30 to 22:30 IST. Against a 09:00 to 17:00 US Eastern day that gives about an hour of live overlap in the morning, so the engagement runs async first: your developer writes a handover at the end of their day and it is waiting when yours starts. Agree fixed call times before starting.
Who are we contracting with?
Empiric Infotech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Surat, India. The NDA and IP assignment are signed before work starts, and you own everything your developer produces.
What does it cost in total?
US$2,000 per month for 160 to 172 hours from one dedicated developer, billed monthly in advance. No setup fee and no recruitment fee. Cloud hosting and paid third-party software are billed to your own accounts.

How do we work across the time difference?

Is this a fixed-price project?
The monthly fee covers 160 to 172 hours from one dedicated developer. You prioritise the work within that capacity. The projects and reviews shown here cover different scopes and commercial arrangements.
Can we work hourly instead?
Yes. Hourly is US$15 an hour for standard development and US$25 an hour for AI work, billed against tracked time. Monthly suits an ongoing backlog and works out cheaper per hour; hourly suits a defined piece of work or a first trial.
How is AI used in the work?
Two ways. Your developer uses approved AI tools under the access, review and testing rules agreed at onboarding, and the team also builds AI features into client products. Our engineers evaluate frontier models for micro1, so the same people write those features.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Yes. Use WhatsApp to ask about scope, developer availability or next steps. The first scheduled call is with Jaypal in business development; a technical follow-up can be arranged.
