How that works160 to 172 hours from one developer working full-time and exclusively on your work.
No setup fee, no recruitment fee, no hourly tracking. Cloud hosting and paid software stay on your own accounts. A second developer is a second monthly fee at the same rate.
Mid-level engineer, United States. Our fee is flat.
Discuss fit & availabilityA demo is a weekend. The work is the permissions, the data it can see, the cost per call and what happens when the model is wrong.
Agree the model provider, the data that may leave your systems, retention and logging before anything is wired up. Self-hosted and private-endpoint setups are both workable.
Prompts, evaluation cases and fallbacks live in your repository and are reviewed like any other code. Our engineers also evaluate frontier models for micro1, so this is the work they do daily.
Start with the workflow that costs your team the most hours. The PM maps it end to end before any model is chosen.
A 30-minute discovery call with Jaypal covers your product, priorities, budget and timing.
Usually within one business day we introduce one developer who fits, not a shortlist to screen. Arrange a technical discussion with a lead when needed.
Approve the fit and your developer starts within 48 hours, working in your repository and your standups. The first seven days are risk free.
Two minutes, mostly tapping. We reply within one business day with an honest read on fit and a developer who matches. No call required to get an answer.
That is the usual case. Your developer works inside your repository, and the model provider, data boundaries, evaluation cases and fallbacks are agreed before anything is wired up.
The monthly fee covers 160 to 172 hours from one dedicated developer. You prioritise the work within that capacity. The projects and reviews shown here cover different scopes and commercial arrangements.
Yes. Hourly is US$15 an hour for standard development and US$25 an hour for AI work, billed against tracked time. Monthly suits an ongoing backlog and works out cheaper per hour; hourly suits a defined piece of work or a first trial.
Two ways. Your developer uses approved AI tools under the access, review and testing rules agreed at onboarding, and the team also builds AI features into client products. Our engineers evaluate frontier models for micro1, so the same people write those features.
Yes. Use WhatsApp to ask about scope, developer availability or next steps. The first scheduled call is with Jaypal in business development; a technical follow-up can be arranged.
Send the work and we reply within one business day, or take a slot and talk it through.
